The liberties enumerated in the Constitution’s Bill of Rights were presented in order of importance to our freedom from government oppression. I support the Second Amendment and the right of individuals to keep and bear arms as a fundamental Constitutional right.

As your Congressman, I will:

• Oppose any legislation that restricts ownership or use of firearms or ammunition except in dealing with convicted felons.
• Support federal legislation enabling or facilitating “right to carry” reciprocity between states.
